Is there a free plan?
Yes! Every school gets 25 member slots for free, forever β no credit card required. You get every feature available in the app; the only thing you ever pay for is additional member slots.
How does slot pricing work?
You start with 25 free member slots. When you need more, you add packages: 25 extra slots for β¬10/month or 50 extra slots for β¬15/month. Combine as many packages as you like β there is no upper limit and no feature differences.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes β pay yearly and you get 2 months free: a 50-slot package costs β¬150/year instead of β¬180. You can choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe.
Is there really a free first month?
Yes. Your first paid subscription starts with a free month, whether you choose monthly or yearly billing. You will only be charged when the free month ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Can I add or remove slot packages anytime?
Absolutely. Adding slots takes effect immediately (you pay only for the remainder of your billing period). Removing slots takes effect at your next billing date β you keep what you paid for until then.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees, no contracts. Pay month-to-month (or yearly if you prefer the discount) and cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains safe. We retain your data for 1 year after cancellation, so you can pick up right where you left off if you return. Need an export? Just reach out and we will help you with that.
